Matthew LaBosco

Through his best selling book, "Health to Vitality", his online courses, LIVE events, and exclusive 1-1 coaching practice, Matthew has inspired and educated thousands of individuals to escape from the limitations of the traditional healthcare model and empowered them to access a level of physical, mental, and systemic well being that they didn't realize was possible.

Matthew has over two decades of experience working with individuals to help them overcome different joint, soft tissue, and orthopedic injuries.  He has also spent over 10 years building a personal development company and has experience coaching small business owners, top corporate executives, couples, and parents to achieve better life balance while enhancing overall performance in their career and relationships.

Matthew's formal education includes a degree in Psychology from Rutgers College, is a graduate of American Institute of Alternative Medicine, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Active Release Technique Practitioner, a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, is a Certified HeartMath Coherence Trainer, and a Practitioner of Applied Modern Psychology.

He has also held certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning Specialist from National Strength and Conditioning Association, & Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 Certification from US Weightlifting,

Matthew has also completed coursework in Gabor Matte's Compassionate Inquiry, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming.
