Weekly 1-1 Sessions with Matt LaBosco to address your most pressing goals. These sessions can be used for bodywork, strategizing, problem solving, and customizing your routine to ensure your goals are reached.
The Vitality Method Longevity Training System assesses your current longevity metrics and creates a 90 Day goal for you to achieve. These metrics include muscular endurance, grip strength, strength, flexibility, posture symmetry, anaerobic capacity, and power.
Following your Comprehensive Biomechanical Assessment, you’ll receive a fully customized weekly routine tailored to your specific needs and goals. This personalized plan will include everything from home workouts to targeted warm-up routines for your favorite activities (such as tennis or golf), a stretch routine to enhance flexibility, and a clear guide for what you’ll accomplish in our Small Group Workouts. Every aspect is designed to help you perform at your best.
Small Group Training Classes are intimate and customized to each individual. There is never more than 6 individuals in a class and EVERYONE receives individualized attention. It is a space where you can execute on your customized program under the watchful eye of Matt LaBosco, ensuring you are executing each movement with the greatest efficiency.
Work hard, rest hard. After putting in you weekly workouts, it is critical that you create some time for good old rest and relaxation. The Vitality Recovery Room is exactly the place to hit the reset button. Red Light Therapy, Normatec Compression boots , and the Neurovizr are designed to activate recovery mode so you are positioned to recover and build sustainable strength.
Customized Nutrition Program, Food Shopping Lists, Recipes, and Meal Plans are provided for each individual. The program is designed to ensure you are providing your body with the optimal fuel for maximizing your metabolism and recovery day to day.
