To make sure you receive every update, resource, and onboarding material you’ll need, please follow these quick steps:

Step 1: Check your inbox (and other folders)

Your confirmation email is on its way and should arrive within the next few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders.

Step 2: Move the email to your primary inbox (for Gmail users)

If you’re using Gmail and the email landed in Promotions, drag it into Primary and click “Yes” when asked if you’d like to do this for future messages. This ensures all coaching updates and materials go directly to your inbox.

Step 3: Add my email to your contacts

Adding my email to your contacts ensures all onboarding details, scheduling links, and session reminders reach your inbox.

Gmail: Open the email, hover over the sender’s name, and click “Add to contacts.”
Apple Mail & Outlook: Click the sender’s name and select “Add to Safe Senders” or "VIPs."

Step 4: Reply to the email

A quick reply like “Got it!” signals to your email provider that this conversation is important. This helps keep future emails from getting filtered into spam or promotions.
