All fitness and Physical Rehabilitation models were designed based on cadaveric anatomy. This means that each muscle of a human corpse was isolated and studied to determine its specific function and then created ways to rehabilitate and train the body.

This turned into

The problem is that none of these muscles were designed to work this way, and doing these types of isolated exercises over and over will eventually lead to injury. It's not a matter of if; it is simply a matter of when.

Training muscles in isolation would be analogous to isolating every musician in an orchestra to play as loud as possible and then expecting those musicians to play a symphony together.

This leads to a TON of noise with an orchestra, eventually leading to injury and PAIN for the body.
